  Very responsive staff whether it be for scheduling, insurance, or health questions. Appreciate the ability to schedule appointments without having to wait for weeks. Both doctor and PA are attentive, explain conditions clearly and take the time with you (do not feel like I am being rushed in the appointment).

  First Doctor I've Ever Hugged. Dr Furze and his Staff were incredible. From Nina and Lorena, the secretaries, to Hannah, the back office manager who expedited my insurance processing, to Eugene, his personal assistant who explained and walked me through any questions or concerns I had; these people are truly incredible. I don't write reviews often but they were the most genuine group of people I have worked with in a medical environment. Not only were they kind and sincere, there was the fact that my insurance expired on the 4th, and they made it a point to get my procedure done before then just so I could be covered. In fact, Dr Furze missed TWO DAYS of vacation JUST to get my nasal procedure done. That is unheard of. I have had nasal collapse since I was 16 but have been told it would cost about 25,000 to 35,000 dollars to get it done. Using a much much more affordable option, Latera implants, Dr Furze gave me hope and told me I was able to have it covered by insurance, done in an hour, AND be able to return to work the next day. This option was never presented to me, (no surprise) and it has changed my life literally over night!! I am forever grateful for his dedication to his patients and will NEVER go to another nasal surgeon for the rest of my life. Seriously, there is a reason this guy is 5 stars everywhere you see. Thank you Dr. Furze!!!!

  Dr Furze and his team are very professional, personal and caring. My problems get undivided attention and I appreciate how well informed I get with the options, goals and outcomes. I had surgery in February and was not abandoned afterwords because of complexity my case presents. I am very happy of the work and progress.
