- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had to give one star so that I can submit this review of my experience with Dr. Luz Elena Cano, Neurologist. After waiting well over an hour, Dr. Cano spent 8 minutes with me for my initial consult eval for a nerve issue I am having. During those 8 minutes, she was incredibly rushed and also on her phone texting. She told me I need to get electro therapy in the room next door, which I politely declined at this time. She insisted I just talk to the tech about it. As she abruptly escorted me out of her office, I told the tech I am not doing this treatment and I checked out. Not only did I pay a ton of money out of pocket... she billed me for a Consult, a full PHYSICAL, and Electro Therapy (coded as surgery) for over a thousand dollars!!! Do yourself a favor and please find another doctor to go to, such an awful experience!August 28, 2017by Heather Carpenter
