  For the past 3 years I have suffered from a chronic infection and wound to my scalp and head. Over that time, I have been seen by over 40 Doctors who prescribed every possible medication available, all to no avail. I was beginning to believe I would never find a cure. It was affecting my Life - Family, work and I did not feel I had a good quality of life or even hope that I could find a cure.   Can anyone suggest what is best alternative of nose surgery? I don't have budget to go for surgery that's why I'm looking for alternative so that I can get my job done within my budget. I found "noseright" so far and thinking to go for it. If you have any other recommendation then please let me know. thanks!
